These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gas On 1st website, as well as all purchases of LPG gas refills, cylinder exchanges, gas appliances, fittings, accessories, and related products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

Gas On 1st supplies LPG gas, gas cylinders, gas appliances, braai equipment, fittings, and related components. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided for general guidance and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Payments may be made using approved online payment methods or in cash where applicable. Gas On 1st reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received, cannot be verified, or if stock is unavailable. We further reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be added during checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and Gas On 1st is not obligated to honor outdated pricing displayed due to caching or system errors.

5. Safety Requirements

All LPG gas products must be used, installed, transported, and stored in accordance with South African LPG safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Gas On 1st accepts no responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from incorrect use, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Due to safety and regulatory requirements, consumable gas products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed or supplied into a cylinder.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, designs, product listings, and branding, is the property of Gas On 1st and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gas On 1st shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, failure to comply with operating or safety instructions, or any use not expressly approved by Gas On 1st. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved within South African jurisdiction.
